Sorell Hotel Arabelle Bern

The location of the Sorell Hotel is fantastic, right near the train station. Breakfast options impressed me, especially the delicious cappuccino and variety of cereals. Cleanliness throughout the hotel stood out. My room felt fresh. I faced challenges at check-in due to the complicated self-service system. It took a while to get through the process, and I didn't receive the special code initially. Room temperature was a concern since it lacked air conditioning. While the room itself was a decent size, I found the shower area quite cramped.

All in all everything was excellent, had a real good stay for one night. The hotel had a central setting right next to a bus stop that leads directly to the city centre.

The hotel was set in a central area so close to main railway station, and reachable by tram. We found nice Cafe Bar Parterre nearby with hot beverages. The breakfast choices were excellent with gluten free bread, ham, free bottle water👍

There was nothing I didn't like.

Complicated check-in process. Key cards malfunctioned consistently, leading to access issues, and the breakfast selection was underwhelming with microwaved items. The triple room had an issue with unmade sofa beds and tight shower space.

I stayed at this hotel last year and returned this year. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and public transport. The breakfasts are very reasonable and the staff are helpful. A good, reasonably priced hotel.

There should be free wi fi available in rooms.

Location: it is 10 minutes walk from Bern station. If it is indicated to go out from the university side's exit of the station it is very easy to find it. Breadfast is just OK but service person was friendly.

According to the infromation on the web-site I believed that I could check in at 1:00p.m. We could but there was no receptionist.If you use this hotel several times and know this system there will be no problem.

Location was super convenient, only 10 minutes from the train station. I loved the fresh ice tea in the afternoons!

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. 10 minutes walking distance to the train station was a major plus point for my stay. I would definately stay there again whether for business or pleasure.

Very close to the venue you can find a train station. The rooms offered are new-fashioned and silent with three closets as well as nice view to the nearby clock tower. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide range of options.

The location's a gem, nestled in a nice area with charming cafes nearby! Breakfast was pretty good too, especially the tea selection.

The service is GOOD, includes paid parking. The rooms are modern and silent here with a desk in the middle and three closets, as example. The stuff are attentive and competent.
